Prenatal Yoga

Just like you, your pregnancy is due to be unique.

Prenatal yoga is for women (new to yoga and seasoned yogis) who want to develop a yoga practice that supports and nurtures the mother and child throughout all 3 trimesters of pregnancy. 

Benefits of Prenatal Yoga:
-Builds and maintains muscles to minimize aches and pains, helping you feel warrior strong!
-Prepares you for labor and delivery, by teaching relaxation and breathing techniques.
-Promotes connection with your baby through full body awareness of sensations (i.e. kicks)!
-Provides relief from common pregnancy complaints such as nausea, lower back pain, insomnia, headaches, stress. 
-Creates meaningful intentions for your pregnancy, your baby, and your journey as a mother. 


Offering private and semi-private.
 Single session and multiple session privates are available.
