Through a combination of yoga styles including vigorous and slow flows and yin and restorative yoga; heighten your awareness to know when it's time to turn up the heat and when it's time to cool down.

This is an intermediate practice that can be vigorous. Intrigued? Give it a try. Your practice is as challenging as you make of it; beginners are welcome.
In the event of inclement weather classes will be held indoors at 100 Skeels St. Suite B, Hamilton, MT
This is a semi-private class, limited to 8 participants. Small class sizes allow for more personalized attention and an intimate connection within the group. Minimum of 5 participants. BYOP and dress in layers.
