Through one-on-one Yoga Mindset Coaching sessions we'll work together to get to know your anxiety in a way that makes it feel less intense, physically and emotionally. I'll support you as you uncover false belief systems that parts of you are holding onto and you'll have an opportunity to speak and make decisions from an empowered version of you. You'll feel more compassionate towards yourself and your experiences. You'll notice a stronger sense of calm, connection, and courage, and you'll develop skills to live confidently with anxiety rather than from it.
